Erection of a reinforced concrete two storey building (with a basement under about one third of the building) forming the new Hospital for the American Heart Institute. An open air car park and a heliport have been constructed next to the Hospital, including a basement under about one third of the car park. The Hospital also includes an atrium of a total height of two stories consisting of a steel structure with canopy and a curtain wall. The works included the electrical and mechanical installations, and all other external works.
